At Liberto Cleaners, the health and safety of our customers and our team members are our top priority. We will continue to operate our free pickup and delivery service with no planned interruptions. However, we have taken measures during the COVID-19 outbreak to ensure your safety and that of our team members. All Liberto Cleaners team members will be using gloves to handle your clothing and cleaning personnel will use masks for their personal protection.
In addition, the CDC states that the detergents and heat used in our cleaning process will disinfect your clothing from Covid-19 as well as the flu and other seasonal viruses. For those of you who are choosing to stay at home, we encourage you to take advantage of our free pickup and delivery service, which will enable you to have your clothing cleaned without leaving home. If you choose to venture out, we will offer curb side service (weather permitting). Please call the store when in route, so you can receive your total and we may have the clothes ready for you.
In addition to the steps we are taking, there are a few things our customers can do to help:
Please have your clothes ready and in your Liberto Cleaners bag when your driver arrives. To optimize prevention, we are advising our drivers to minimize touch points across their workflow and having your bag ready to go will help.
If you have any items with special instructions (e.g. an item needs special attention, a button, or repair), please pre-separate the item and put it at the top inside your Liberto Cleaners bag.
We will continue to monitor the guidelines set in place by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and local government authorities as this situation develops and will adapt our policies and procedures accordingly.
